Call Ownership: When you speak to a support technician, that tech will spend the necessary amount of time with you to answer your questions and resolve any issues you are having.
Response time: We do everything in our power to make sure when you call you get to speak to a live person. If the call volume is unusually high, we guarantee a prompt response.
After hours support: We understand that not all companies keep the same hours. We always have a technician on call that can be reached from our main phone number in the event of an emergency.
